What an awesome and spiritual morning! A few weeks ago Eric had requested that Dave write him a song for his baptism and Dave told him he was too busy. Little did he know Dave was working on one! He did a really cute primary song and then proceeded to make me sing it with him! I haven't sung in public in like 9 years...so that was quite challenging! I suppose I survived but I don't know if everyone else did! What are ya gonna do? It's my son! All in all it was a wonderful baptism and I'll never forget the look on Eric's face just before he went into the water. He was shiny, and excited, and innocent. It was awesome!

Wow! What a great day for Eric and way for his dad to surprise him too! I bet you both sounded great singing!!
Eric does look nice in his new suit! So grown-up! Congrats Eric! I will have to show these pics to the tykes. So sorry we weren't able to make it. H sure wanted too, but with my belly and now swelling cankles, I am not up to much these days!
Oh my goodness! Eric is baptised. He's 8. Where did the time go?
We're so proud of him. And he looks so grown up and handsome. We miss you guys.
I love that Dave wrote Eric a song, and that you and he sang it. So sweet.
Maybe you could record it, put it on here so we can listen. I'd love to hear it.
Hope we see you some time before Eric goes off to college.
So sad we missed it :( Congrats Eric!!! You're one awesome kid :)
Awww. So cute! Eric really looks so grown up in that fabulous suit. I bet Eric was stoked about the song. Cam wrote Gracie some lullabies for her 1st birthday and she makes us sing them to her all of the time. Congratulations Eric!
What a great day. It was fun to have little Sarah baptized too. I can't believe our babies are 8. Your little family is so cute.
Hi Eric,
Congrats on your baptism. I can not believe you are 8. I remember when you where 6. It was not that long ago. I am happy to be your California Friend and hope your baptism was a great day for you. You have great parents and are very blessed to have the Gospel in your life. Soon I will hear you are serving the Sacrament and the you will be on a mission...then I'll be really old, but you will still be young. But I will still remember you and be your California Friend.
