Well, I have to admit that it is so strange to be attending a scouting event and actually "caring" what went on! I don't know how many of these I attended with my own brothers, but it was nothing like going with my son. It was SO FUN! We had to have the long talk with Eric about how "winning wasn't everything" and this is you and dad's "first time" ever making one together so don't be too disappointed if you lose. Well guess what....they kicked butt! Yes, Eric won first place in his pack and tied 2 other boys for second all around. WAY TO GO ERIC AND DAVE!

Sweet ride!!!! Seriously, congrats. btw- when we got our new building we inherited a beautiful PD track. So, the boys and the leaders are building cars right now!! None are as good as yours, but then again, we didn't have our dad's (and lil' brothers) helping!!! ;) Anyway, way to go.
