Outnumbered: Good News!

Good News!

Well, our home is officially "under contract"!  We are so relieved.  We also feel so grateful for the Lord's guiding hand in the huge events of the last few months.  It's amazing to me how brilliant his timing is.  It's like this masterpiece unfolding before me.  I have to say I'll be even more relieved when we close on May 9th, but until then I'm trying to think positively that everything will go smoothly.  The offer was $2,000 OVER our asking price which is wonderful.  The best part is that I don't have to keep my house quite as clean!  I actually left my underwear out yesterday just because I could.  I also have dishes in my sink and it feels so great!  On another note tomorrow Nik goes in for a tonsilectomy, adnoidectomy, and ear tubes.  The poor little guy has to be fasting as well.  Not fun.  I'm hoping I make it through without crying in front of him.  He has hearing loss and sleep apnea right now so we don't have a choice.  Wish us luck and I'll probably post some pictures of the big day.  He'll love me for those later...I'm sure!

Good Luck with the surgery, and don't worry if you break down in front of him, it will show him how much his health means to you. Kaitlyn had two minor surgeries when she was younger and I was a complete crazy woman! It all worked out and it was for the better.

Congratulations on selling your house! It's crazy how the Lord works. When Adam and I tried buying our house the owners weren't even sure they wanted to sell it anymore and so they asked to have a couple weeks to think about it. We were pretty sure we lost it, but then they decided they would, and the financing came through with ZERO problems and before we knew what had happened we had our own house, a week before our wedding (we thought we might have to wait until after we got married to have everything finished with it). It was amazing how fast things happened and it all worked out like was suppose to.
